Maya Mountain Cacao, Belize (70%)
Some of the most sought-after cacao in the market today, Notes of stonefruit, mocha and a peppery finish.

La Red 2014 Harvest, Dominican Republic (70%)
We secured the last ever harvest of the best cacao in the DR. Notes of red berry and mocha.

Amaranth Crunch (70%)
Using our signature La Red 70% Dark Chocolate, we’ve air-puffed amaranth (gluten-free grain) and added a touch of Fleur de Sel for a satisfying crunch.

Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania (70%)
We’ve carefully roasted these Tanzania beans to bring out notes of creamy green banana with a peppery mocha finish.

Mint, Trinidad (70%)
Featured in the LA Times’ Holiday Gift Buiying Guide, we added steam-distilled mint oil to our San Juan Estate 70% Dark chocolate for an incredible pairing.

Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador (70%)
We worked with the Salazar family to bring this single-family estate cacao to you. Features a very nutty and floral balance. Finalist: International Chocolate Awards 2016, Good Food Awards 2017

La Masica, Honduras (70%)
Purchased at a premium from a nonprofit agroforestry gene bank, a very bright chocolate reminiscent of a raspberry tart.

Amazonas, Venezuela (70%) NEW
Wild-harvested rare cacao from deep in the Amazon rainforest. Notes of blackberry, mocha and cashew.

Liberation Cocoa, Liberia (70%)
Liberation Cocoa trains young men to cultivate cacao and pays a premium, which we then pay to Liberation Cocoa. Earthy mocha, brownie notes.

Marañón 2015 Harvest, Peru (70%)
Considered the rarest cacao in the world, these Nacional cacao trees were rediscovered in 2007 and feature citrus and warm mocha notes.
